Cancellation/Return Policy/Shipping/Warranty Claims
Cancellations: You may cancel your order only on the same business day your order was received. All cancelations must be received by email to info@goflexflow.com by the close of the business day (4:00 pm MST) in which the order was placed. Any order cancelations received after 4:00pm MST on the day the order was received will not be accepted.
Shipping: Shipment of items ordered will be the next business day after the order is received. Customers are responsible for any and all freight charges to and from delivery location.
Returns/Exchanges: Returns and exchanges are permitted on sale orders containing item quantities of 2 items or less. Customers are responsible for any and all freight charges to and from delivery location. Credits will be issued upon receiving the part in good re-sellable condition.
